De réir théarmaí an cheadúnais chraolacháin atá againn tá cosc orainn gnáthfhógraíocht tráchtála a chraoladh ar an aer. Is i bhfoirm urraíochta ó chomhlachtaí agus trí imeachtaí pobail ar nós ceolchoirmeacha, crannchuir agus a leithéid a fhéachaimid le hairgead a bhailiú chun an stáisiún a choimeád ag rith. Chomh maith leis sin díolaimid scaireanna i gComharchumann Raidió Átha Cliath Teoranta ar IR#25 an ceann. | The terms of the licence under which Raidió na Life 102 operates prevent us from carrying ordinary commercial advertising on the air. We have to make do with what we can get from sponsorship and community based fundraising such as concerts, draws and the like in order to raise the necessary finance to meet the running costs of the station. We also sell shares at IR#25 each in Comharchumann Raidió Átha Cliath Teoranta, a registered limited co-operative. |
Tá, agus beidh, sé an-dian orainn dóthain teacht isteach a fháil ó na foinsí thuasluaite chun na costais reatha uile de IR#65,000 sa bhliain a ghlanadh. Mar sin bheimis an-bhuíoch d'aon duine a d'fhéadfadh cabhrú linn trí bhealach ar bith le hairgead a thabhairt isteach. | It is, and will continue to be for some time, very difficult to maintain enough revenue from the above-mentioned sources to meet the running costs of around IR#65,000 per year.
